My cat keeps running in circles.?

I am not sure why but I found my daughter with a pair of scissors giving the cat a hair cut. When I stopped her she had just finished cutting off all his whiskers on the left side of his face. Since this happened the just makes right hand circles. I called an animal shrink to see how straighten out this problem. I read once if a cat looses whiskers they loose there since of balance. Should I have my daughter trim the other side of the cats whiskers? Maybe the cat will be able to walk a straight line.

lol im sorry i couldn't help but laugh..but yes it is true if they lost their whiskers they do lose their balance but i definitely do not think you should have her trim the other side it might just make the cat a lot worst..I know with my first cat when i was about 6 my mom found me doing the same thing the cat honestly got better all on his own it took a good week or so.if i remember correctly. i hope i could help at all.

Well. You Need to Get You Sister Away from Sissors in the First Place.
Second, Yes, Whiskers are a MAIN Thing for a Cats' Balance. Read this short Article it so Crazy, http://www.moggies.co.uk/html/whiskers.html

P.S. NEVER LET YOUR SISTER PLAY WITH SCISSORS SHE COULD HURT HERSELF AND THE CAT EVEN WORSE NEXT TIME.

Yes, it sounds as if your cat's balance is off Call the Vet to see what can be done to help your cat until his whiskers grow back.

Head trauma, if the pupils are huge and the cat can't stand up she's been hit or has fallen and hit the concrete hard enough to cause swelling in the brain. She needs to be seen by a vet immediately, this is an emergency--contact your vet at their home, they should be in the phone book. At the very least call an emergency clinic in the phone book and ask for instructions. This isn't something to wait and see about. It can potentially kill her.
