He went into the washroom, and when he came out, I was walking into the kitchen and I saw him putting the ice cream scooper away. I didn't really want to ask but.. Any idea what he used it for? Should I be worried? I'm just curious, this is rather unusual for him, he's never done it before.

He was doing to the dishes and he accidently carried it with him so he brought it back to the kitchen.
He needed to tighten a screw and couldn't find the screwdriver so he used an ice cream scoop or he needed a scoop for the laundry detergent.
Maybe he wanted to buy you a new one for christmas?

And you are being legitimate here? If this is true, it's because you want a sexual relationship, and the ice cream scooper is similar to a dildo and very dirty when you think about it. Are you sure he took THAT into the bathroom, maybe it was just something you saw him put into the drawer afterwards, and presumed he's taken it in with him.

I dunno what he would've done with it but maybe he forgot to set it down before he went in there or maybe one of your kids if you have kids left it in there or something and he was picking it up. I wouldn't stress. Ask him kinda laugh about it and be like by the way why did you have the ice cream scoop in there the other night silly? and he'll probably tell you. I wouldn't stress

Look in the top conpartment of the toilet. You are going to have to remove it. If there is some kind of food in amongst there he is eating it while doing his buisness. However how could you eat and smell that icky smell? He is clearly a FATTY!
