It's not a sin, because there is no God. It is being unfaithful though and will hurt your boyfriend should he find out. The only guilt you should feel is from the thought of hurting your boyfriend, so you should either tell him, or end your affair.

"Sin" is such a loaded word.

I assume you and your boyfriend have agreed to be monogamous? Why are you cheating? Are you unhappy with him? Do you want to leave him or not?

You need to clarify what you really want and learn to be honest.

Monogamy is not always the answer.
