Can chromium picolinate reduce bad cholesterol?

Chromium Picolinate is most beneficial for the metabolism of glucose and other nutrients in the system, so it is most commonly taken for energy and/or blood sugar support.
It doesn't help cholesterol directly, but it might help a little indirectly... like if someone uses Chromium to give them energy to work out and that exercise helps them lower their cholesterol, for example.
There are some other nutrients that help directly with cholesterol support if you'd like a few natural options... feel free to e-mail me if you'd like some ideas. Good luck!
