Weight question. I don't see any difference.?

Now I am not sure if my problem is psychological or not, but apparently I am losing weight. That is what people tell me at least. They say my gut is going away and that I look a lot thinner and a little more tone. However I don't see any of this. I think I look worse, but people keep saying I am losing weight!

Is it just me or what?

I'm in the same boat.

Maybe weigh yourself. It's probably just you or maybe you're happier? I'm definitely happier so that might be it lol. Sometimes when you feel good, you look good and then people don't realize what it is so they just say you look like you lost weight. Or like, when i pierced my ears and my guy friends asked if I cut my hair...lol

I'm sure you do look great!

If they are just coming out of the clear blue with it I would say they are sincere, but if you're asking they may just be saying something to be nice. You may not know how bad you were looking before or may not know how much better you look now. You need to take a pic right now and compare later after you've lost more if you do lose more.

It really takes a long time for you to see yourself the way others see you. I lost a ton of weight and for the longest time, I thought I still looked like I weighed 300 lbs when I wasn't even 200.

Same thing happened to me, then i lost 80 lbs and didnt feel all that different..

so then i looked at old pictures and i'm like wow, i'm glad i don't look like that anymore! now i see a difference,

it's because you are constantly seeing youself. you'll notice eventually just keep up the good work =)
