The product your looking for is Snoseal, it seals, and protects for years. However it is a bit messy to put on. It's a white tar like mixture, best placed on with a paint roller. It remains flexiable, which is great for trailers.
liquid roof seems to be working well for travel trailers and rv roof repairs. It is priced higher than the Acrylics but this one disadvantage is more than outweighed by Liquid Roof's performance advantages and nearly total absence of conditions, which can result in disastrous failures.
