you've come to a good person, i've got all this wrote down. i've researched this days an nights. Anyways, for
FERTILITY:
Cheese, yogurt, low-fat milk are high in calcium so eat/drink 2 to 3 servings. 7 servings of fruits/veggies with 2 servings rich in folic acid such as lentils, orange juice, spinach, broccoli. Have 1 serving rich in Vitamin C such as kiwi, oranges, cantaloupe, or papaya. Have 2 servings or more of lean whole grain food like brown rice, oatmeal, and whole wheat bread. Plenty of water. And also Grapefruit juice helps too. But I can't find plain grapefruit juice, the one i have is called Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice.

SPERM FERTILITY:
Cut out unhealthy foods and switch to protein diet. Eat Veggies and whole grains but low in fats . Cut back from soft drinks, if possible stop and drink water. If not able to stop drinking water at least drink 48 ounces of water a day. Eliminate alcohol. Eat greens and tomatoes, that increases sperm count. Avoid food allergies. But eat AS MUCH organic as you both can. It's better for you and it was also on the news that it increases your chances of getting pregnant. But since you don't want to know the vitamins i won't put them but if you do then you can just email me, cause i have a long list of that. Good Luck and Baby dust to ALL TTC!!

I don't know too much about the food, but I know about the vitamins he should be taking if you don't have your husband/boyfriend on them already. My husband had a low sperm count two years ago. Last year I started having him taking a multivitamin, fish oil, and Zinc. Within a few months his count improved a little. Then he recently took another test a few months ago and his count has tripled!!! The zinc is supposed to really help with sperm count. And my husband is living proof that it does work. Good luck to you, and BABYDUST!
