Ebay and Fry's electronics are the best choices for PS3 drives and other gaming accessories/parts.

You could buy Motherboard but you have to put it into the ps3 by opening it and taking the old one out.
I dont think you should buy new one.
Just buy new ps3
If you still want buy motherboard
try Cragilist/ebay/PS3 motherboards(google that)
