Amazon.com has a create a ring tool. It lets you select every aspect, including quality and size of the stone, as well as th price! It also has more useful information about diamonds than any other website I have been to! You just need to click on the different aspects of the rings you made and it will tell you what makes it good quality!
Another nice website that deals strictly in conflict-free diamonds is Brilliant Earth. It's a company out of Canada that has gorgeous stones and recycled gold. They ship to the USA with no problems and it's not too expensive, although not as cheap as Amazon. It's a wonderful website for the environmentally conscious!

a really good engagement ring idea, its really cheap, but really cute. my friends dad bought an old fashioned key, and had it bent into a ring.
inside the box he had it in there was a not that said, you have the key to my heart. it was really sweet.

I went with Diamond Broker's of Florida:
www.dbof.com/shipping.htm
You can try:
www.WhiteFlash.com
www.GoodOldGold.com
www.ExcelDiamonds.com
www.BlueNile.com
Blue Nile's database is good, but they don't provide you with photos or analysis reports of the diamond. I wouldn't go with them for that reason.
Happy hunting.

I'm pretty sure any of them will allow you to make them. I know Zales does for sure though.
