Family law question in Tennesee?

Question

In the state of Tennessee, is it illegal to take your child and move to another state if you are filing for divorce with your spouse? 

Please know what you are talking about if you answer, and giver references if you can.

I think your suppose to ask the judge or the state for permission or at least tell your spouse and make sure she is okay with it unless you already have full custody the you can move away
