Shoudn't Everyone Have To Pass A Urine Test?

Like most folks in this country, I have a job. I work, they pay me. I pay my taxes and the government distributes my taxes as it sees fit. In order to get that paycheck in my case, I am required to pass a random urine test (with which I have no problem). What I do have a problem with is the distribution of my taxes to people who don't have to pass a urine test.

So, here is my Question: Shouldn't one have to pass a urine test to get a welfare check because I have to pass one to earn it for them?

Please understand, I have no problem with helping people get back on their feet. I do, on the other hand, have a problem with helping someone sitting on their a$$ - doing drugs, while I work. . . . Can you imagine how much money each state would save if people had to pass a urine test to get a public assistance check?

You got some whacky logic. You agreed to the job and it's random drug testing. They didn't agree to anything. What are you going to do if they fail a piss test? Fire them? lol. Or no, take them off welfare and let them get really desperate and rob your house!

On one hand that is a very simple yet profound thought and question. I agree with the logic 100% but practical application of that concept would be devastating. I myself grew up an only child in a single parent household and all my mom did was party and get laid by different guys all the time. (I know, what an F-ing loser) We received both food-stamps and welfare in large part not for my loser mom but so that I would be taken care of. I'm now 18 and in my first year of college at ASU. As soon as I turned 18 my mom lost her welfare benefits and foodstamps. I work part time and will probably work for the rest of my life so in a way the taxes I am paying are a repayment for the benefit I received. It would be great for states to save millions of dollars but not at the expense of having undeserving children suffer for their parents screw ups. I will also ad that I never knew my dad and my grand parents were worthless as they just sat there and watched me do without and never offered to help. The most they ever did was buy me a few paid of socks and briefs for Christmas. I guess I should not complain because I was never suppose to be their responsibility either.

I just don't understand why people who have so much to be thankful for complain about others less fortunate benefiting from their taxes. I wish I had enough money to repay you your phucking tax money, maybe you would sleep better at night.

1. Drug tests are easy to beat. 2. Drug tests give false positives. 3. The government has no business giving handouts to anyone. 4. Drunks are just as bad and yet drug tests ignore them. Just eliminate welfare completely and let those who will not work starve or get their assistance through charities or their church, that is what they are allegedly there for. I have never taken a drug test in my life and I make a good living. Furthermore, I would never work for a company that insists to know what I may or may not do on my own time, it is none of their business what I may or may not do in the privacy of my own home. Also, why single out recreational drug users, what about the useless drunk sitting on his butt while you work. Drug tests don't even look for that.

Yes they should and if they want to rob my house when they get cut off of welfare they can meet my desert eagle.
