Age things - Eligibilty! When did THAT happen?

Question

I just found-out that 13 (THIRTEEN) is old enough to have an 'account' on Y!A!!!  I didn't KNOW that!

When did THAT happen???

I guess it 'EXPLAINS' a LOT!

So NOW, I 'guess', it's OK to 'play' with KIDS!!!

I KNOW I'm going to get SPANKED for this...!  Butt!  When I'm asked to 'play nice', I just don't understand ...  ???  !!!!  

I just don't understand how I can "PLAY" with 'kids', and NOT be accused of PLAYING with KIDS!  I'm not PERVERT, or anything like that!  But!  I'm NOT going to subject MYSELF to THAT kind of 'possible scrutiny!'

Looking to HEAR from anyone who has an INTELLIGENT response!

Always been the rule and you would know that if you read the terms of service before joining.  Since this is a knowledge seeking site, there is no danger of playing with kids.  Keep your postings in line with the rules and community guidelines and there is no danger of being a pervert..
