There are lot of bullshit cures, alot of marginally effective ones.

1. If it is really negatively affecting your mood, performance, or life in general - go get some melatonin (otherwise don't worry about it). Take 3-5mg 1 hour before bed. Make sure your room is completely dark. No TV. See if this helps. Darkness is ESSENTIAL to the effect of melatonin. If this doesn't work, proceed to:

2. Go to a doctor and talk to them. They will likely give you a script of a z-drug (short-acting sleep medications like Ambien or Lunesta) or a benzodiazepine (these are longer-acting, have been around for longer, and are more effective with less side effects, like Restoril and Valium)

If your doctor tells you to calm down and take a warm bath or read a boring book, fire him and find a new one until you find one that will help. Remember, the doctor works for YOU. YOU PAY HIM. If he won't treat you suitably, find a new one.

take one tablet 0.5 revotril before you sleep and you will feel good
till morning, it has no side effects but see a doctor first
