How many calories in a piece of Stride sugar free gum?

All the package says is less than 5. I just chewed 2 pieces and I'm on a strict 500 calorie diet. Do I count the gum?

10 calories or less but they say there were people who chewed gum for one or more hours nd lost a little weight with it
