It's 2 CDs in one hard case, a card and envelope, and a plastic bubble envelope. I know it's based on weight, but I don't have a scale and the post office is closed. How many liberty stamps will I need to successfully mail this?

It'll also depend not just on weight, but on the size of the envelope.
If you absolutely have to put it in the mail today, then if you bought two or three bucks worth of stamps you should be OK. But it won't get there any faster, because it won't go anywhere until Monday. And on Monday, you can take it to the post office.

Go to the post office and use the machine it will tell you and will print a stamp for u it is in the part where they keep the P.O boxes so open all the time
