many headache questions, answer them?

Alright, so back story first: I'm 15, 16 in may. I've had a headache for almost a year now. One. Single. Headache. I've had to stop school and home school for part of my freshman and all of my sophomore years in high school. This headache has become my defining element of my life. I don't leave the house without Norco in my pocket, I have to get some 13 restless hours of sleep, and I've gained 40lbs from medications and just plain inactivity due to not feeling well. I've tried soo many medications. Otc meds do nothing for my pain. I've been on antidepressants, anticonvolsents, and calcium channel blockers. I've also had DHE infusions, and I'm allergic to triptans. I'm "diagnosed" with ndph, for lack of anything better.

Here's my questions in a not so questiony form:
I don't fit the symptoms of ndph, besides that it never stops. My pain is on one side, and I hate using the word dull, because I feel it doesn't accurately convey the severity. So let's call it boring. It doesn't do much, it just HURTS. Occasionally(read: every few hours to every few minutes), I get sharp, stabbing pain from where the headache usually is(right above my left eyebrow, in an area about the size of my fist turned on its side, so the litter part is the area.) To the back of my head. On a scale of 1-10, I'm usually a 7. Could this be any other headache?

Also, is there like another form of indomethacin, because id like to try it, but I'm allergic to it.

Oh, and I forgot to mention: ct and mri came back clear, my csf level is slightly elevated but not to the point it could be psuedotumor cersomethingorother, and the fluid itself is clear. My blood pressure is normal, and my family has a history of migraines. It seems to respond somewhat to trileptal, migranal, and narcotics. The only thing to make it go away completely for a little while is dilaudid(not even morphine), and that's a very bad treatment plan.

Tl;dr: I've lost all hope in my 3 neurologists and have come seeking help from y!a.

We've ruled out all possible enviromental causes, and brain tumors are usually visable on ct scans, and mris, and I also have absolutely no other symptoms.

Do you know what Norco is? Norco does not help headaches. It is simply Tylenol and cough depressants{ which might have alcohol or caffeine in it} There are two other illnesses you have not mentioned. You could have TMJ{ means that jaw is out of alignment} You need to see your Dentist. TMJ causes pain and severe headaches and occurs on one side of the face around the ear. You could also have Trigeminal Neuralgia. It is when the nerves of the face become inflamed. You cannot see it on MRI's or anything . It is diagnosed by the symptoms. Again, it causes pain and headaches on one side of the face. It is very treatable.

cut out caffene!!! i had major headache for about 2years with mabye 3days break over that time... i cut out caffene 4months ago and have only had a headache after a good reason now,... also easier thing to say than do but try and stay stress free.... i was in a very stressful place when i had my headahes and ive had to change my life style and cut out stress..
just do the usual as well get at least 8 hours slepp but if you can do 9-10 that'd be great if your prone to these headaches and drink plenty of water... also if you eat a lot of cheese cut down on that get your calcium from milk instead.. :)
best of luck.. try this i really think it will work! give it at least a month or 2 to get rid of them though :) xx

That's kind of weird,
Well there's a vein that runs through your head that keeps brain at a temperature, it causes brain freeze. It could be that? I don't know just a theory =/
Other than that, You're bummed if neurologists can't find anything :/
