What to do when wrongly accused?

My friend's ex-wife keeps accusing him of sexually abusing their 3 year-old girl so she can get full custody (it's 50-50 now). She has taken the child to several doctors who all have stated there was no evidence of abuse. The ex-wife is mentally ill and has psychological issues and is currently on probation for beating up the child's 75 year-old babysitter (enough to put her in the hospital). I know both these parents well and know that her accusations are false. What can the father do to stop her from continuing to make false accusations? I know she's going to keep trying stuff until she gets her way. This woman has plenty of money to pay someone off with. Ideas, anyone?

You can't stop her from continuing to make false accusations. You CAN however get those records that show she beat up the babysitter and the Dr records indicating no abuse to prove his side of the story..
