Have you ever just packed up and left everything behind to start a new life somewhere else?
Im 18 and a senior in highschool, i feel like just quitting my job, packing up and leaving everything. I love my family but I havn't been in a good place for the past few years and I think about buying a plane ticket and getting to a better place....sometimes its best to get away and i dont think I can wait a few months until i graduate and go to college....Have you ever just left everything, good and bad, behind to start over?

Many times. But doing it a few months from graduation would be dumb beyond the ability of science to measure.
Your 18 just chill. By the time i was 19 both my parents had died and my brother was not here i had lots 2 deal with so yes i did feel like running away and starting a new life. But it's not the answer trust me i no. Stop and ask your self why u are so unhappy. If you can pin point it the go and talk to your doctor friend or someone that will just listen 2 u. I had to do it and it was good talking to someone who didn't no me and would not judge me. 10 years on im married to a wonderful man with 2 kids. life is far from perfect due to jobs and money worries but i love my kids and my husband. If you start running away now you will never stop running from something or someone. Enjoy ur life to the max.
You need to stay at least until you graduate. And remember that running away from your problems won't fix them and who's to say that wherever you end up will be better than where you are now? It could end up being worse. Home is where the heart is and you need to make your life and not let your life make you. Think this through before you just up and jump out the airplane. You don't know where you're going to land or what you might hit on the way down.Good luck! :)
