Everything on the strip is actually NOT that expensive. Many strip hotels regularly have rates well under $100.

These are all good options, especially for a 21st birthday:
*Luxor - not a great location, and starting to look older, but it attracts a young crowd and has a great club. Rates are usually pretty low. Try to get a Tower room - they are nicer, even though the Pyramid rooms are pretty cool
*NYNY - a decent hotel with a really cool casino floor, fun bars, and great restaurants. It has a good location and usually great rates; one of the more underrated hotels on the strip
*Flamingo - great location, great rates. It attracts a range of crowds, so you're likely to see some older people and some families. It has a great pool area, and this hotel doesn't charge resort fees.
*Planet Hollywood - one of the better party hotels on the strip, in a good location, and also with no resort fees; rates vary at PH, but are usually reasonable.

I'd avoid the temptation of the low rates at Stratosphere (nice hotel, horrible location), Circus Circus (dumpy, lots of kids, poor location), and Riviera (poor location, looking really shabby). Imperial Palace will have really cheap rooms and has a great location, but it's not really that nice at all. It's okay if you just want a place to sleep in a great location though. Excalibur also has cheap rates, but is looking old and tends to have more kids/families than the other places on the strip.

Las Vegas is just a city that's something for everyone therefore find it with hotelbye . Las Vegas is a town with good attractions and some of those could be the famous Las Vegas Strip; where tourists can enjoy a go in the warm leave morning, or have a stroll downtown and view a impressive light show that spans a complete street, the Fremont Street Experience. Guests also can get a view of wonderful earth popular re-creations like erupting volcanoes, the Eiffel Tower and the Sphinx of Egypt before the many resorts and casinos. Las Vegas is really a town that continuously reinvents it self, so even though you have now been here before you'll never run out of fun items to do.

Wynn/Encore is my favourite inn however the cost is far up there with Palazzo, usually $200+. Mandalay Bay is the bottom priced luxurious lodge on the strip. The rooms there aren't so much smaller than Encore's and are simply as exceptional. That south end of the strip is overcrowded with strollers although. The Wynn/Venetian area is a little less frantic. Bill's Gamblin' corridor and Saloon (previously Barbary Coast) is the nicest budget property on the strip. I stayed there in 2009 for $40 per night and favored the room close to as a lot as Mandalay Bay and Encore. It can be useless center strip subsequent to the Flamingo as good. However you ought to ride these two historic sluggish elevators to get to your room... Or to find the staircase. The on line casino is like a downtown casino too, noisy and small. I've stayed at all those residences and would return to any person of them again. Read stories on tripadvisor... That is your first-class source of info about motels.

Everything along the strip is going to be really expensive. If you're really looking for affordability, I'd suggest getting a hotel that's a couple blocks away from the strip so that you're close enough that you can walk it, but far enough away that hotel rates are actually reasonable.
