I went to the doctor today and got some antibiotics called Teva-Amoxicillin for my throat that has not stopped hurting for 3 days. I took one and it's getting better but it still hurts. What should I eat and drink? I haven't eaten all day! I'm starving. 10 points to best answer.

Tea would be the best drink, but I like to have a milk shake because it cools my throat down. Eating wise, I normally would eat a soft food such as noodles or pudding.

Eating soup or something warm but not tough to swallow helps... I had the same problem, and gargling saltwater or listerine mouthwash helps... Itll go down heaps with he me ds but try taking a tablespoon of manukah honey (helped me heaps)
