Panica is leading it now and she will continue to lead even if NASCAR has to bar Stenhouse nad Hill from running some of the races. NASCAR has already guaranteed Panica Rookie of the Year so I don't see why Stenhouse or Hill would even try.

Isn't it obvious? The highest finishing rookie ever in the Daytona 500 & of course in the 1st race the higher finisher would be the higher one in the standings.
