Not digesting food properly?
For the past month or so I have been experiencing frequent bloating, gas, gas pains, and diarrhea. I find that no matter what I eat it occurs. I have been to the doctors and I may have IBS or a food intolerance, but what can I do to reduce gas and bloating?
I drink 8 glasses of water a day, I eat lots of fruits and vegetables, whole grains and oatmeal, too. I also exercise 30 minutes 5 days a week.
I am 16 if this helps?
I eat pro-biotic yoghurt, but I find it hasn't helped.
