It's a little difficult without a proper context, but here goes:

And you like her a lot?:c
Trumpets <3 from here to the shop by my house c;
(In other words, "heck yeah")

Hi,
what they are trying to say is the following....

¿y la quieres mucho?:c = Do You Like Her A Lot ?

Clarines= Is Another Term for of Course...
*This Term is used in mexico*

De Aqui a la tiendita que esta por mi casa = From here to the store that is near mi house C;
* They Are Refering to how much they like her....*

So what they are saying is
