Can I buy these cat supplies in this budget?

Today I'm getting a tabby kitten, about eight weeks old. I only have a little over 30 dollars...is it possible to buy a litter box, litter, kitten food and a cat dish for under 30 dollars, at least enough to last him the week?

Yes it is very possible as long as you dont go to one of the big name pet stores. I have found that Family Dollar and Dollar General are a lifesaver. Plus you can use a shallow plate or bowl from home to feed him in.
