I can see my router, but not access the internet?

Question

So, both of my computers are absolutely fine with it, they can see the router, access it, as well as the internet no problem. The problem is my other devices. My PS3, PSP, my Motorola Phone... the thing is, my Xperia Play can access it as well, so its not just a computer thing. Also, it is a new router that my father had used at his old house, so both of my computers were exposed to the internet through it before. But the thing is, again, so has my PSP, and I am pretty sure my phone has as well. Is there any particular reason for this, and if there is, what's the fix? Thanks.

this usually happens when the security method is not agreed both ends.
to test it
change the SSID(the wireless NAME ) so each device has to rejoin(very important)
at the same time turn OFF security the WEP,WPA things.
reboot router and try it

if that fixes it,
then change the SSID again to something different
and set the security to WEP as thats older and more compatible.

A new router generally requires a power cycle on the devices connected to it so that it can "see" the MAC address.  Some devices need to do this to be seen and others don't.  Also, check your unseen devices for IP addresses.  If they have static IP addresses instead of using DHCP to get one, then it is possible that the new router has a different base address (i.e.: 192.168.2.1 instead of 192.168.0.1).
