Xbox one skyrim question? Please read all the detail.?

So my xbox 360 is broken, so I can either buy an xbox slim or wait for the xbox one. I have a few questions about the xbox one though.
Will I be able to use my saved game for Skyrim, from the xbox 360 on the xbox one? I know xbox one can not play 360 games, but I downloaded Skyrim from the xbox live marketplace. So would I be able to use the data?

skyrim isn't gonna come to xbox one, so forget about that. if you buy a slim, you could buy the xbox 360 hard drive transfer cable, you can connect one end of the cable with your hard drive, and the other end is a usb cable, so you can connect it to whatever you want, including the x360 slim, and transfer files.
