Yeah. There is Only One God.Don't say tirinity or Three in One."Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord"
(Bible, Deuteronomy 6:4)
One of the scribes once asked Jesus (Pbuh) as to which was the first commandment of all, to which Jesus (Pbuh) merely repeated what Moses(Pbuh) had said earlier:
"Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord."
(Bible, Mark 12:29).And the scribe said to him:"Truly,Master, you have well said that he is one, and there is no other but he:"(Bible,Mark 12:32).God is only One that We muslims believe too.And God sent Moses(Pbuh),Jesus(Pbuh),Muhammad(Pbuh) etc all the prophet to us.Moses & Jesus Were only for islael and Muhammad For the whole humankaid.Look what Jesus says in the bible: “I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.”(Bible,Metthew 15:24)

He is the only true and living God. He is the only God I know that truly cares for his people and who is the same yesterday today and forever more. He is one who has made us and who made a way for his people to reconcile themselves to Him. God made us with free will which is why it is said that we are adopted. It is said that we are adopted because in free will we have a choice to give ourselves to him. It's like a story where the person is born and is raised to be a certain way but the person later finds out that she or he has been kidnapped and the person curiosity for truth boils leading them to search for it. And in search for it she or he finds their biological parent and in all the person learns what really happened leading that person to develop a relationship and to change from they bad ways the person was raising her or him. in all the person returns to parent realizing what is best for her or him leaving the betrayer/thief behind.
