How can I answer a question when the "submit" button is absent?

The problem began when Yahoo! Answers changed the formatting. Since that time, the "submit" button did not appear. Editing my question here is the one exception.

Daniel, I've tried to extend the bottom of the box, but to no avail. Some-Yank: all questions I try to answer are met with the same problem, having no "submit" button to depress.
ExHic is on the correct path wherein I've had nothing but problems since the new format took place.

I have tried to answer questions in the Performing Arts, my specialty, but am unable to do so. Surprisingly, I was able to edit and add this elaborate explanation to my posed question.

I believe that Yahoo! Answers Help Team can only correct this deficiency, but I am unable to contact anyone there who will help.

All answers are welcome.

To all answerers: I have the problem corrected, thanks to an answer to a question about voting by Whizzz!

To submit an answer simply press the Ctrl key and the minus key. The "submit" button appears along with editing or deletion. To return the font to its normal appearance depress the Ctrl key and the plus sign.

Many thanks to Whizzz! and for those of you answering this question. Perhaps one day Yahoo! Answers will correct this deficiency so that the 'submit' button automatically shows without pressing other keys to get it.

There is something going on with the US version of Yahoo Answers today. It is only partially loading. I have had to refresh by highlighting the URL and pressing return. Happened on this question too.

You cannot. Perhaps you have been blocked by that individual.
