It is obvous she has as many new ideas as the legislator from Georgia who feared Guam would capsize if we stationed more military on the island. Sheila wants to give umemployment checks to those who have jobs. A novel idea at the least.

She is an inner city Democrat. Like Obama. Anyway, it was other inner city Democrat who thought Guam would capsize named, I think, Frank Johnson. If you think they give stupid a bad name, you should interview the local electorate and their Mayor, Sheriff, City Council and such. Sheesh!
