How do you pay a paypal invoice with USD when it says EURO?

I am trying to pay an invoice on pay pal and the seller is from italy and they invoiced me in EURO. How do I pay in USD?

If you pay through PayPal, pay in Euros and PayPal will convert it for you and charge you dollars.
