WISCONSIN PENALTY FOR POLICE FALSIFYING REPORT?
If THE POLICE OFFICER files a FALSE report against a citizen and perjures him/herself on the stand what recourse does the citizen have? What kind of penalty would they face?

If you have evidence to prove the police officer perjured himself in a trial, you should present that evidence to the court. If he is found guilty, it is a serious offence. If he is found not guilty, then that places the spotlight back on your evidence. So, You should be sure of your proof and evidence, before reporting it.

the person is being charged criminally. The 'victim'.......ME......initially believed the officer, but when you examine the timeline and complete lack of evidence against the accused.....it would have been impossible for the accused to have committed the crime. The judge was ready to toss the case at the preliminary hearing until the DA asked for more time to get DNA evidence back. It came back........NOT the accused. A motion to dismiss is pending, but the DA keeps postponing.
