How can I get over stress from football?
My parents forced me to play football, and I have no choice but to play it because they're really strict. A week after we started, I got a major concussion when my helmet flew off in practice and I got tackled pretty bad... Ever since then I've been standing around watching plays for 5 weeks, and now I can play. I feel really stressed out and anxious about it because my friend told me that my team mates are making fun of me for it. I hat going to football and I think about it everyday 24/7. I actually got sick and threw up a couple of times because of my anxiety and I feel horrible. Is there any way I can get rid of this feeling?
