I was looking on myanimelist and these 3 animes did not have a set, fixed amount of episodes. I was wondering if they will get season 2 or more episodes?

I looked on wiki and it says Akatsuki no Yona willl have 24 episodes, so does that mean the series will continue on in the Winter 2015 season and finish sometime in March 2015?

Yes, Akatsuki no Yona will continue into the Winter 2015 anime season and end during the last week or two of March 2015 like all other single cour Winter 2015 anime.

I don't think those will get any more seasons. Unless the manga sales really go up after this fall season, then in the future, there might be a season 2. Animes that get a season 2 two airing seasons later (like Aldnoah.Zero, Tokyo Ghoul, Fate/Zero) are the ones that already have planned upcoming seasons, or because of major increase in manga sales.
