Right now, there is no way to be notified of that. You have to go and check each question you answer individually if you want to see. Hopefully this feature will be coming in the future. You can add a suggestion or look at other suggestions for Y!A on the Uservoice forum here: https://yahoo.uservoice.com/forums/211240

There is no mechanism to notify if you get a comment. Notifications can be set as follows:
When anybody
Answers your question
Follows your question
Rates your answer
Wins best answer
When a question you follow
Has a new answer
Has a best answer chosen
