Is SuperTech High Mileage oil conventional, synthetic, or a synthetic?

I just did the oil change on my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.7L V8. I used SuperTech High Mileage 5W-30. Is it fully conventional oil, fully synthetic oil, or a synthetic-conventional blend? I couldn't find the details any where on the bottle or the Walmart website. Obviously there are some additives because it's "high mileage." I have no intereste in knowing those additives. Just which of the three categories I listed above, does this oil fall into?

It's conventional with extra additives. Don't you think if they could claim it was even partially synthetic, that they would do so??
