Best time to eat in conjunction with gym?
gym 5 times a week, i ve heard u need protein and right amount of carbs within an hour after exercise and i ve heard that that doesn t matter. that you eat good within 24 hours. also a silly question, i take time to eat cuz it s so tough to eat when not rlly hungry, like i eat for 40 minutes or more, is this a bad idea? i mean the 1 hour rule gets broken.
