why do people not like rally race mode in grand theft auto 5?

There is not much to this question, i am trying to unlock colours but nobody is joining rally race and i see no point in doing this on "criminal records" track.

It is good mode and you do not need a voicechat to play it so why do people not want to participate?

I'm really not sure. I love that game mode! It's just a shame nobody ever want to take part in Rally lobbies. :(
