There has to be some interest my man if she gave you her number. A girl could easily say no or give you fake. I'd just hit her up randomly asking her to hang sometime now. I'm sure she won't say no

don't jump to conclusions. She could just like you as a friend? let it be what it is and then see where it goes. maybe in school ask her why she takes so long to respond? (in a non rude/clingy way)
