I recently saw a YouTube video where a man was covering a chicken stuffed with rice in a dish full of some white powder. He then covered the top of the chicken with the same. After baking the white powder became a shell (it was on fire but possibly only for presentation). They cracked it with a chisel and mallet. What was that?
