That usually happens to me too when I don't have anything better to do. My mind just comes up with stuff all the time. Like as if I am drowning in an ocean of turbulence and turmoil with no hope whatsoever of ever relaxing from it all a bit. Nothing a good ten-mile jog wouldn't cure me of though if nothing else would. Burn that stuff out of me. Probably something I ate, in the end. Whatever it was, a good jog got my mind off of it for awhile.

Look into the law of attraction and practice positive self talk. Meditate to clear your mind. Learn mindfulness. It's not immediate but patience and persistance are key
