The difference with this girl and a normal girl is this one Friend zones EVERYONE. I'm also 100 percent sure she's a virgin and has never been in a long term relationship either.She just wants to hang out with everyone and I know I'm the only guy she hangs out with (don't ask me how I know I just do.lol) 
She brought up how much she liked OPEN relationships out of nowhere and I asked if she wanted one with me and she changed the subject, WTF!

She's fun to hang out with but man I can't eat when I'm around her. WHAT'S WRONG WITH ME. I LOVE EATING. And the thing is I don't want to **** her. This isn't healthy for me 0.0
I don't want a full on relationship either I get bored of people lol. Maybe this is why I'm attracted to her.
So I'm at the point where I keep hanging out with her every few weeks and think about her for like days after. I can't turn her down either I'm a sucker, should I just forget about her?

You are just smitten over her (google it so that you can learn a new word). And that is okay. If you like her, you should tell her that. Maybe she likes you too, but you won't know until you talk about it. If you're the only guy she hangs out with, maybe she is into you. Or maybe she is into girls. Or maybe she just likes you as a friend. But it appears that you don't know about any of that yet. So, talk to her.
