Physically i think its Superman but...overall I think it is Flash. Technically no matter what, Flash can go back in time or in the future or even slow down time to change anything. Runner up would probably Dr. Strange since what he did at the end of the last movie. LOL.

Clearly Superman for overall ability - incredible strength, FTL flight, death-rays (OK, heat vision), invulnerable to almost any form of damage.... Not even the Hulk equals him for sheer physical strength and Superman's superspeed means he could simply fly behind almost any opponent and KO them before they could even twitch.
