Hey I want to get more into nutrition and In that case I need to learn to cook more but haven’t cooked much other then basic stuff but what would be a good way for me to start learning to cook and eating healthy and more spicy foods?

There are free and paid apps, to help to decide what is best to eat.
Search engines
It look up recipe with search engine, such as google, it will usually come up with list of recipes with ratings by people that have used each individual recipe.
There are also youtube videos, which have cooking techniques. Ex: Learn tips for cooking chicken breasts.
Buy an instructional cookbook and work through it.
