When I masturbate, I can only get full satisfaction by picturing situations of rape, incest, zoophilia and whatever else. These fantasies have nothing to do with what I like IRL, and only involve faceless people, not me or anyone I know. I know these are only fantasies, and harmless although a bit disturbing, but it's very weird to have such a disconnect between my masturbatory fantasies and my actual sex life, and for a long time it made it hard for me to know or communicate to partners what I wanted in bed. Does anyone feel the same ?

Fantasies are great!  That's why Hollywood has been making movies for decades, and that's why people enjoy going to the theater and watching Netflix.  Consensual sibling incest is my favorite fetish.
