Which is healthier?  Canned spinach (drained) or eggplant?  And why?  Any information is greatly appreciated.  Thanks?

Orthodoxy = the only true faith; Roman Catholics tried one cup - one spoon ritual and got sick with Bubonic plague; if heresy enters Orthodox monastery then monks/nuns will get sick with flu/tuberculosis (for instance); Orthodox churches who closed for COVID or had disposable cups/spoons or dipped spoon into alcohol are no longer brides of Christ (now they serve Satan and honor Satan's new COVID religion). Don’t go into UFO to be “healed” by evil demons; demons never do good.

"Healthier" is a subjective term.  What do you consider healthy?

Spinach has some vitamins and minerals and is very low in calories -- that's considered healthy. Spinach is a nutrient-dense food that is low in carbs and calories for the volume.Eggplant is higher in fiber and calories -- and most people can't eat it without cooking it in oil.  If calories added fat aren't an issue and you need more fiber, eggplant could be considered healthy.
