Do I have an eating disorder? If not, what should I do to reach my fitness goal (of having abs). Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks?
I lost a ton of weight via eating better (see below) intense cardio every day, and hundreds of sit ups daily. Weights for balance, but my goal is to have abs + great sleep each night.
But, this is what I've been eating in recent months to keep pushing the excessive weight away, each day:1 apple, 1 banana, 1 can of Tuno (vegetarian tuna fish), 1 can of (drained) spinach, I drink only water, & eat varying amounts of the following raw vegetables:carrotts, celery sticks, peppers, cucumbers, squash, 1 package of mushrooms, eggplant, maybe a bag of lettuce, occasionally another raw vegetable which I can't remember off the top of my head.Added up, these do not meet the 1200 calorie mark I am supposed to have each day.Yet I was told that if I start having 1200-1225 calories a day, even if (the empty remainder) is from having a second apple, a second banana, a second can of Tuno, a second can of spinach, one piece of 60 calorie cheese, that I will put on weight for 6 months THEN become ripped. During this time I will keep doing the sit ups and intense cardio, eat all I listed above, drink only water (except one cup of milk a day), yet I am afraid that I'll put on weight and it will stay (no abs)Yet, the other alternative is to keep eating a pretty low calorie diet (400 to 800 calories a day) by only eating from the list in paragraph 3. Yet, I've read that, I'll keep slimming down, but after a certain point, I won't be able to go any further (no abs). What should I do?
