The first thing you can do is cut out sugers and drink at least 3 liters of water per day. You can also exercise a couple of times per week. If you want you can check out my webbsite for more videos and ways to lose weight and live a healty lifestyle! http://gator4234.temp.domains/~healtyle/blog/

Dieting ALWAYS fails.

Exercise has almost nothing to do with significant fat loss or gain.

Nuff said.

You are proof.   You likely feel like you are failing,  but guess what?  Science says otherwise!

You can't lose fat until you stop creating it via overeating.   It's not up to you to count calories.

That's preposterous!

Your body's natural hunger off switch (the hormone leptin) is being DISABLED by liver dysfunction caused by a diet high in added sugars and low in insoluble fiber.

It took years to figure this out, but all you need to do is eat ONLY whole foods and drink ONLY water, unsweetened teas and unflavored milk...forever.

You are addicted to the fructose in sugar,  so you are yelling "no way, internet kook!"

But this kook is no longer fat and more importantly incredibly healthy.   COVID-19 hit the US so hard because of our diet; it wasn't just Trump's ineptitude.

Do your research about these things.

Better than what? What IS your diet? What IS your exercise program? What are your goals? No one can reasonably recommend improvements when you've shared NO info other than you exercise (we assume you eat, or you couldn't survive).

With no indication of your exercise or diet plan, it is impossible to guess
