it depends on many other things. you can eat wheat bread instead of white bread everyday. wheat bread is way healthier.

There's not really a limit.
While bread isn't the ideal food, it does have some positives and I personally reached my lowest adult weight eating a loaf of bread everyday

No one should eat bread every day, but whole grain bread is the safest.
