What supplements do you take to give you energy?

My sleep is always terrible so I struggle at work during the day. I'm not always in the mood for coffee either.

Supplements only help people who have deficiencies. Common deficiencies are vitamin D - available in dairy and certain foods, also sunlight - and the omega-3 fatty acids found in certain fish. vitamin D3 and a multivitamin in gummy form. easy to take and energy. if that doesn't work, get a checkup.
