Can someone please describe the obliques exercise "Fly Feet"? Any information is very appreciated. Thanks.?
Years ago, at a gym, I paid a trainer for 30-60 minute lessons. Each lesson was on a different muscle. The lessons rocked. He wrote down the name of each exercise.
Anyway, I found the list of exercises to improve the OBLIQUES. I remember most of them. This was years ago. Yet, I do not remember the exercise "Fly Feet".
I googled it, youtubed it, and there are so many different answers, I am unsure.
Does anyone know what the exercise "Fly Feet? is? It works the obliques. If I remember correctly, it used no equipment.
